Hope & Recovery Service

NHS Tayside's Dundee Adult Mental Health Services has a new service for carers of adults who have mental health issues, in the Dundee area.  The service is called Hope and Recovery. 


The service offers group support sessions focused on the principles of hope and recovery.  Subjects covered include optimism, having a sense of purpose and finding meaning in life experiences.  One to one support and signposting to other services can also be offered.
